ALBERTO CALORI

Alberto has particularly expertise in corporate civil and tax matters, corporate restructuring, extraordinary operations, mergers, spin-offs, company assignments, and conveyances. He has experience with transfer-price issues, and has developed expertise with reporting foreign assets on individual tax returns in Italy.
Until 1989 he worked at “Coopers & Lybrand” in Milan, where he gained experience in auditing and the certification of financial statements: in 1990 he started his career as a Qualified Accountant and became an associate of the firm.
A good portion of his practice is in public law. He has written guides for VAT, Alternative Tax, and other types of tax returns, as well as a series of articles on journal-entry accounting “check-ups”, on issues relating to transfer prices and other civil/tax matters for a variety of trade papers.
With his co-authors, he wrote a manual published by IPSOA entitled “Internal Control Systems and Company Efficiency”, an article entitled “Taxation of Financial Revenue” and a “Consolidated Guide – Legislative Decree 231/2001 Supervisory Board” edited by ACBGroup.
He is a member of the Supervisory Board and of Board of Statutory Auditors of a number of national and international companies.
He is a Licensed Mediator with the Mediation Entity “ACB Dispute Resolution S.r.l.”.
