Of counsel

Aldo has specific expertise in tax litigation, both in relation to the litigation process, including enforcement, up to the Supreme Court of Cassation, as well as in relation to all pre-litigation resolution, settlement and oth de-escalation tactics. In that milieu, he provides legal defence to both individuals and legal entities, with specific expertise in terms of direct and indirect taxes, customs and local taxes.
He also handles the material component [u1] of interactions with Tax Offices, such as tax  consultancy, discussions with tax offices, tax compliance and financial reporting.
Starting in 1986 as accountant, continuing as a lawyer beginning in 1996, he has carried out his professional activity without interruption. From the very first few years of practice, he has worked with prestigious law firms, dealing both with private law and tax matters.
After being admitted to the Bar of Milan, in tax law and with his own firm, he has had the opportunity to provide legal counsel to medium- to large-scale businesses.
Since 2017 he has been “of counsel” with Bracchetti Calori & Associates
In the first years after graduation, he was an Assistant to the Professor of Private Law on the Faculty at the Statale University in Milan. Since 2005, he has worked with il Sole24Ore (leading Italian economics newspaper) as an instructor for specialised tax courses.
Over the course of his professional career, he has also worked for a number of years – and continues to work –  as an auditor for companies on a national and international level.
